Task : IRAO is a Georgian insurance company that required a full platform migration with a website built from scratch based on Figma mockups. The site needed to be multilingual, fast, and preserve all search rankings during the transition from the old site.

Solution : The site was built on WordPress with Elementor Pro, with pixel-perfect implementation of the approved Figma designs. Multilingual support was implemented through WPML. WP Job Openings was integrated for the careers section, allowing the HR team to publish and manage job listings without developer involvement. SEO was managed through Yoast SEO. Site performance was optimized with WP Rocket — caching, CSS/JS minification, and lazy loading. A complete URL mapping was performed and 301 redirects were configured to ensure a seamless transition with no traffic loss or broken links.

Outcome : A fast, multilingual website was launched, matching the approved design. Search rankings were preserved through proper 301 redirects. The HR department independently manages job postings, and content is updated without developer involvement.

Dalood

Dalood is a Georgian fashion brand with an online store built on WordPress/ WooCommerce. The site went down after a critical database failure: orders could not be placed, the admin panel was unstable, and the database was corrupted at the table level. At the same time, a massive bot attack was discovered — over 3,400 fake accounts against only 300 legitimate orders. An XSS vulnerability in the WoodMart theme (CVE-2025-47600) was also identified. The goal was to restore the store, clean up the database, and protect the site from future attacks.

AISI is a Georgian organization running military field and scouting courses that combine theoretical lectures with practical field exercises. The organization needed a website to present its programs, attract participants, and inform the audience about its activities.
