Task : MAC Institute is a Georgian educational institution offering professional courses both online and offline. The platform is built on WPLMS — a specialized WordPress LMS theme with BuddyPress. It required deep customization: building an instructor display system, WooCommerce integration for course payments, custom Elementor components, and numerous UX fixes to the theme itself.

Solution : Took over the full technical customization of the platform. Developed an instructor mirroring system — a CPT that automatically syncs with WordPress users, including BuddyPress avatars, course counts, and profile links. Created a custom Elementor Dynamic Tag for displaying BuddyPress xProfile fields in Loop Grids. Built shortcodes for course price display with WooCommerce variable product support and online/offline mode badges. Implemented custom Elementor queries for displaying co-instructors on course pages. Developed a navigation lock system during final exams. Fixed numerous UX issues within the WPLMS theme itself — from mobile app navigation to logo clickability and BuddyPress activity management for students.

Outcome : A heavily customized LMS platform with automatic instructor synchronization, course payment integration, custom Elementor components, and refined UX — from course enrollment to final exam completion.

The platform was already functional, but needed a complete design overhaul, performance optimization, a custom filtering system, and full multilingual support.
